I am beyond excited to announce Mr. and Mrs. Dillner on my blog! This wedding is not only special to me because it is my very first wedding, but because it is my fathers wedding! How lucky am I?? We spent almost a week in a beach front house which was BEAUTIFUL! And spent our days looking out at the massive waves of the ocean! It was cloudy, windy, and cold for the most part, except for Saturday which was a perfect opportunity for a trash the dress photo op =] Maria was by far the calmest bride EVER! Every day got gloomier and gloomier and there was a chance there would be a storm the day of the wedding, but both my dad and Maria had "if it rains, can we still get married on the beach?" mentality. I loved it =] Makes for issues for the photographer, but it all worked out and there was no rain!
I am so blessed to be apart of such love between two people. They truly complete one another. Trust me, I know this because my dad and I are as similar as two people can get and when I am around Maria, she brightens up the day, makes you feel good about the world. I absolutely love being around both of them (especially because Maria keeps him calm after I tell him things like "Im putting off school another semester" ;] right dad?) And Marias family! The most inviting, caring, selfless people on the planet! Glad we are all family now! They remind me so much of Joels family... FEEDERS ;] Haha you'd think we were exhausted from being on the beach all day or something, but no... we were exhaused from eating so much, we spent half the trip napping! Either way it was a relaxing trip, thats what vaca's are for =] Anyways, hope you enjoy the pictures!
I love you dad, couldn't be happier for you and your new WIFE <3
A couple seconds after he saw his bride =] get a little sand in your eye?
"I don't just want butterflies, I want to get old with you"
I will be taking a picture like this again when they get old together =]
